What to Expect:
Each session is open to all and intuitively led, creating a compassionate space where you’re gently welcomed just as you are. There’s no pressure to be or do anything — simply an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and be present in your own way.
You can expect:
✨ A warm welcome and space to arrive at your own pace
✨ Intuitive guidance based on the energy of the group
✨ Gentle breathwork or somatic settling practices
✨ A guided meditation
✨ Time for stillness, reflection, or quiet rest
✨ Optional sharing or connection with others — only if it feels right for you
You’re always encouraged to honour your unique needs — whether that means lying down, sitting up, eyes open or closed. Every part of the session is an invitation, never an expectation.

Each session is gently guided and is open to anyone that identifies as a woman, offering a compassionate space to simply be — no pressure, no expectation, just presence.
You can expect:

Time for quiet reflection or rest in stillness
Optional sharing or connection with others if you feel called

Join us for Time and Space: an inclusive hour and a half of intuitive movement, reflection, drawing, writing, or stillness in a safe and welcoming space at Swindon Dance.
This session invites you to explore what feels right for you—whether that's moving, being still, or expressing yourself creatively. No experience is required. Move in your own way to music that transitions from soft and soothing to uplifting and energising, before returning to calm and grounding rhythms. Warm up, cool down, and enjoy the freedom to connect with yourself and others in a way that feels authentic to you.
Whether you're looking for relaxation, self-expression, or a moment of mindfulness, this monthly gathering offers a chance to honour your body, mind, and creativity.
