Monday Meditations
Rest. Reconnect. Remember Who You Are.
Slow Down. Breathe. Come Home to Yourself.
Join me every Monday evening from 7:30 – 8:30pm at the peaceful Willows Counselling Service for a weekly invitation to pause, breathe and come home to yourself.
These sessions offer a nurturing space to:
Gently reconnect with your body
Soften a busy or overwhelmed mind
Drop into the wisdom of your inner knowing
Restore a sense of calm and groundedness
Together, we’ll explore simple, accessible meditation practices designed to support your nervous system, cultivate presence, and nourish your inner life — no experience needed.
Whether you’re feeling frazzled, seeking stillness, or longing for a sense of connection, you’re so welcome here.
What to Expect:
Each session is gently guided and is open to anyone that identifies as a woman, offering a compassionate space to simply be — no pressure, no expectation, just presence.
You can expect:
A warm welcome and grounding arrival
Gentle breathwork or somatic settling practices
A guided meditation
Time for quiet reflection or rest in stillness
Optional sharing or connection with others if you feel called
You are always invited to honour your own needs — whether that means lying down, sitting up, eyes open or closed. Everything is an invitation, not a demand.
