I currently have availability to work with individuals, couples, young adults, and teenagers (with parental permission) who are seeking support in navigating life’s challenges.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, unheard, or simply in need of a space to process your thoughts and emotions, my sessions offer a confidential, compassionate space where you can be fully seen and heard—without judgment.
How Sessions Work
Each session is structured in a way that suits your needs, depending on the focus of what you’re bringing. Some sessions may centre around talking and reflection, while others may include somatic movement, energy healing, or light language transmissions to support deep emotional and energetic shifts. We may explore stored trauma in a safe and connected way or use mindful meditation to gently guide you out of your head and into your body.
This is a person-centred approach, meaning the session unfolds in response to what feels most supportive in the moment. Whether you're seeking clarity, processing past experiences, or reconnecting with your body and inner truth, you’ll be met with compassion, care, and attunement — all at your own pace.
Between sessions, I may offer optional movement practices, guided reflections, or simple somatic tools to support your ongoing integration and healing.
These sessions are supportive for anyone wanting to deepen their self-awareness, shift old patterns, and create more balance, connection, and inner trust in life.
What is Light Language?
Light language is a healing form of communication that speaks beyond words. It doesn’t follow grammar or logic like spoken languages we learn at school. Instead, it flows through sound, tone, movement, or symbols, carrying energy and vibration that the body and heart naturally recognise.
Rather than needing to be understood with the mind, light language is felt and experienced. People often notice gentle shifts in their body – a sense of calm, tingling, warmth, emotional release, or a deep connection with themselves. Others describe it as if their body is remembering its natural wholeness.

Parenting Support
For those seeking parenting support, these sessions offer tools, strategies, and space for reflection to help you navigate challenges with more confidence and connection. My approach is influenced by Aware Parenting and the work of Dr. Aletha Solter, alongside other leading trauma-informed specialists.
Together, we can explore:
The power of play and laughter in processing stress and trauma and building connection
How to support your child in moving through big emotions, such as crying and raging, with compassion
Your own childhood experiences and how they may be shaping your parenting today
