Intuitive Dance is a monthly community space to move freely, listen to your body, and allow emotion to move without judgement or expectation. Each session begins and ends in a circle, with time in between for free movement guided by music, inviting you to follow your own rhythm and inner cues.
You may experience a greater sense of ease in your body, emotional release, clarity, or simply the nourishment of having time just for yourself. There is no right way to move — you’re welcome to dance, pause, rest, or be still.
Each gathering closes with energy healing and a settling sound bath, offering space to integrate, rest, and gently land the experience. No dance experience is needed — come as you are.
