What to Expect:

Opening Circle
We begin by arriving together in community. A short guided practice helps you soften into your body, settle your mind, and create a sense of shared presence.

Intuitive Movement Journey
The music will guide you through waves of energy. You choose how you move.
There is no right or wrong here; only your own inner rhythm.

Sound Healing Journey
Following the movement journey, you are invited to rest and receive. A short sound healing journey with gentle tones from sound bowls and vibrations supporting your body to settle and integrate what has moved through you. During this time, Vicki and Ali will move around the space offering individual energy healing. This is always an invitation rather than an expectation — you are welcome to receive, or to decline at any point by resting your hand on your belly. Your boundaries and comfort are respected throughout.

Closing Circle
We finish with time to reflect, acknowledge what emerged, and honour your experience before gently transitioning back into the rest of your evening.

Community Guidelines

To protect the integrity of the space and ensure everyone feels safe and respected, we follow these core agreements:

  • No talking on the dance floor (sounds welcome)— this helps you stay connected to your internal world, all sounds and expressions welcome.

  • No alcohol or drugs — this is a sober experience.

  • Respect your own body and others — move at your pace; consent is essential; there is no physical contact unless mutually agreed with clear awareness.

  • No judgement, no expectation — your dance can be quiet, wild, still, fluid… whatever feels true in the moment.
