A weekly meditation space to:

  • Connect - open to the community and oneness of all

  • Embody - be with self and all that is within

  • Acknowledge - let what is in to be seen and connect to your higher self for wisdom and clarity

  • Embrace - all that needs to unfold with compassion and kindness

This space is offered to all that feel called to pause, connect in community and that are ready to deepen into their own intuition. Allowing what is deep within space to be heard and received.

What to Expect:

Meditations are held in small groups of maximum 5 people at one time.

  • Sessions will begin with an invitation to share anything that is on your mind and to ask any questions that you would like deepen your intuition on.

  • You will be invited to get comfortable whether that is lying down or sitting up.

  • The meditations offer a gentle invitation to connect with your body and breath, deepening awareness and presence.

  • Light language (sounds and words that by pass the conscious mind and connects to each persons higher self) will be offered.

  • Optional reflections can be offered to each person at the end of the meditation.

Everything is always an invitation, come as you are and leave more clear, connected and embodied for the week ahead.

Session Details:

Days: Weekly Sessions (Mondays and once a month on a Friday)

Time: 19:30 - 20:45

Cost: £10 per meditation

Location: Ferndale area, full address provided after booking

What to Bring:

  • Pen & Paper (optional for reflections)

Yoga mat, cushion, blanket & water will be provided - do feel free to bring anything extra that will bring comfort
