1:1 Body Scan

Join me for a 1:1 session where you can gently connect your mind & body and identify where you are holding tension, stress and trauma. Listen into your body and bring deeper awareness to what is stored and what you can let go.

I will take you on a journey through a body scan and relaxation, using imagery, your touch and breath. This will bring clarity and subtle tuning to yourself which will allow you to process and shift tensions and stresses. Leaving you to feel nourished, empowered and connected.

What to expect:

You will go on a journey, connecting to the body through your senses, using breath and your touch to allow the body to release tension and bring in more awareness of what the body is holding. The focus is to connect back to the body through a body scan which includes connection from your hands to your body, using breath and a connection from me to guide you. These sessions build understanding and a deeper layer of communication with yourself. Resulting in more awareness, empowerment and space to be truly felt, heard and seen.

Moving stress and trauma from the body 

What to expect:

I move at your pace and will guide you to connect through your senses, breath and visualisation to memories. Within a safe environment you will experience some of the memory and connect into where this is stored in your body. All emotion and feelings are welcomed and deeply accepted with no judgement. The body will be free to express all that needs to be heard and the process will be repeated with acknowledgment of what you needed that did not happen in the memory. Allowing the body to heal from pent up stress and trauma through movement and connection to the body. Resulting in the body being able to fully breath and be more connected to your innate being. Letting go of all that is no longer needed.

Sessions:
