  • Secure your place by picking your payment option: full cost, two instalments or four instalments and make payment. You will then receive a welcome email and will be invited to join the private Facebook group before the course starts.

  • All live sessions will be recorded and shared via email and in the private Facebook group

  • Microsoft Teams wil be used for all live sessions

Live group calls:

Live group calls: Once a week on Thursdays for 1hr 30 mins.

Taking place from Thursday 22nd August at 19:00 - 20:30 (GMT)

Weekly topics

  • Exploring where your body is now and how connected you are to your feelings and any trauma that may be stored in your body.

  • Find the edges of your awareness by using your senses to connect to your feelings

  • Build safety in your body so you can gently open and move past the fear of feeling

  • Allow yourself to trust your own thoughts and behaviours. Notice what is holding you back from trusting your body

  • Honour your body and its needs. Unlock old habits that do not serve you

  • Getting comfortable in your flow and softening into your feminine

  • Bring awareness of how your body is protecting you unnecessarily and what you can do to change this

  • Step into joy and pleasure in your body. Feel comfortable to feel deep happiness and ease

  • Deepen the relationship with yourself and others. Knowing what healthy boundaries you need to put in place

  • Reflect on where your body is now and open to what you desire most

Experiencing the 10 weeks

This experience will give you space and time to reflect on a topic that will get you thinking and connecting to your innate being.

Stepping into a unique journey; by following a guided process to connect in with your body, using your touch and breath to explore. Noticing what thoughts, sensations and feelings show up and how your body responds. Developing your trust in me and within yourself to release what is stored.

Leaving you at the end of the 10 weeks with a clear understanding of what you and your body needs to be present and connected.
