1:1 sessions

  • I will guide you through a body scan where you will take time to connect with your body through the connection of your hands on your skin. Through holding a safe space, you will explore what memories come up and notice where trauma, tension and stress might be stored.

    The session will be followed by a discussion where you can talk through as much or as little as you like about what came up during the body scan. Together we will plan next steps and I will leave you with tools to support you journey of connection to your body.

10 - week programme

  • Wanting to go deeper and to explore what trauma maybe stored in your body. Join me online for a 10-week programme that explores 10 different themes and provides time for you to really get clear of what is happening in your body and in your day to day life.

group session

  • Join me and a group of people that want to find out more about being present with themselves and others. The sessions last 1 1/2 hours and provide a chance to receive support, listening and connection to yourself through a guided body scan.
