week 1:
Getting clear
This week is all about understanding where you are now.
Begin by watching or listening to the introduction and then move onto the reflective questions.

Find a space where you will have little interruptions. Get comfortable and explore the questions. Notice what happens in your body as you reflect. Notice what memories come up. If you can take a note of the memories and try exploring them with all your senses.
Go gently and try not judging yourself or others in the memories. These questions are to support your healing journey. You do not need to share them with me, however you may wish to reach out to me for support or bring your reflections to the live call. This is your journey and you get to choose what feels good for you.
somatic practice
Before you begin the somatic practice below, make sure you have space around you to move. You may wish to project the video onto a bigger screen so you can follow along. You will be using your whole body, please wear comfortable clothes you can move in and have a drink of water to hand.
meditation
Week 1 meditation - This week I take you through a meditation that scan’s your whole body. Find a place you can lie down or sit up where you will not be interrupted. You may wish to light a candle and bring a blanket so you remain warm and comfortable. Be guided by your body and follow your impulses. To bring safety it is important to go at your pace and in a way that feels good for your body.

During the live call I will provide further reflections on the weeks topic and then will open the call up for you to provide reflections, ask questions or to share where you are at in that moment. You do not need to prepare anything but you may wish to share or voice how you found connecting to the topic.
