I’m Vicki Plomer, a trauma-informed practitioner and emotional well-being expert, deeply passionate about helping women and parents reconnect with their authentic selves. With experience as a mother, dancer, and someone who has navigated the ups and downs of long-term relationships, I understand how challenging it can feel to prioritize your needs while nurturing meaningful connections with others.
It’s an absolute honor to guide you on this journey of self-discovery and empowered communication. I created this course because I know what it’s like to feel unseen, unheard, or unsure of how to express your needs. But I also know the beauty and strength that emerge when you step into your self-worth, honour your boundaries, and foster authentic connections from a place of confidence and compassion.
Through each module, you will explore tools, insights, and practices designed to help you communicate your needs with clarity, set loving boundaries, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships. My approach is always heart-centered, compassionate, and deeply grounded in a belief that you are worthy of the love, respect, and connection you desire.
