Stage 1: Body scan and relaxation
What to expect:
You will go on a journey connecting to the body through your sense using breath and your touch to allow the body to release tension and bring in more awareness of what the body is holding. The focus in stage one is to connect back to the body through a body scan which includes connection from your hands to your body, using breath and a connection from me to guide you. These sessions build understanding and a deeper layer of communication with yourself. Resulting in more awareness, empowerment and space to be truly felt, heard and seen.
Information:
Both stages can take place in person or online, you will need to wear comfortable clothes that you can move in and there maybe an extra cost for space hire for in person sessions.
Working online:
For anyone wanting an online session you will require space to lie down and have space around you to move. The camera will need to be set up so I can see your whole body clearly and it is advised to have another device to play music on throughout the session.

Cost of the sessions:
Stage One: to find deeper connection to your body, allow 1 hours: £60
Stage Two: processing memories, traumas and stresses from the body, allow 1hr 30min: £90
