I’m Vicki Plomer, a trauma-informed practitioner and emotional well-being expert with a passion for helping women reconnect with their self-worth. As a mother, dancer, and someone deeply connected to my own healing journey, I bring a unique blend of heart-centered compassion and practical tools to empower your growth.
